We listen: goals, lifestyle, motor history, and how your body feels today. We observe posture, mobility, control, and quality of movement.
Guided trial on the Reformer
We let you experience the work directly: exercises calibrated to your profile, not a standard program. You'll see firsthand how we would work.
Personalized proposal
We suggest a personalized program: priorities, recommended frequency, and goals for the first weeks. Then it's up to you to decide whether to continue, with no pressure.
