Movement improves when the body is truly ready to execute it.

Strength and endurance are not enough if the body lacks the control to use them well. The REV approach is designed for those who already train and want to take their athletic gesture to a more precise level: more stable, more efficient, more transferable to the discipline they practice.

For those who already train and want more

You're not looking for a gym. You're looking for technical work that improves the quality of movement in the discipline you already practice.

Technical gesture and precision

Golf Padel Tennis Fencing

Disciplines where every millimeter counts. Motor control and timing make the difference between a good shot and a great one.

Body as instrument

Pole dance Dance Martial arts Gymnastics

When you are the instrument, quality of movement is everything. We work on control, centering, and fluidity.

Team and contact sports

Rugby Football Basketball Volleyball

Direction changes, jumps, repeated contact. A stable body produces more force, reacts faster, and gets injured less.

Endurance and cyclic sports

Running Cycling Triathlon Swimming

When the body tires, the gesture deteriorates. Working on stability and control extends the efficiency curve.

What we look at in the first meeting

The performance assessment is not a generic session. It's built around your sport and your motor profile.

1

Sport-specific interview

Sport practiced, frequency, training load, season goals, past injuries, and weak points perceived in the specific gesture.

2

Motor assessment

Mobility, stability, core control, movement patterns, and quality of the athletic gesture. We look for where energy is wasted and where there is room to improve.

3

REV trial focused on your sport

You'll experience exercises calibrated for your discipline. You'll see in practice how we would work and what would change in the first weeks.

4

Personalized performance plan

Priorities, short-term goals, suggested frequency, and areas of improvement.
