The body keeps protecting itself until it learns it can trust again.

Stiffness, compensations, recurring discomfort, movements you do with caution: often it isn't a question of strength or flexibility, but of a motor system that has learned to protect itself. The REV approach starts here: not from symptoms, but from movement as a language to be reprogrammed.

You want to stop living with pain

Every day you wait, your body compensates a little more. And every compensation becomes the next problem.

Back pain and lumbalgia

Lumbar Thoracic Cervical

You wake up stiff, sitting is hard, you avoid simple movements. It's not age: it's a body that has stopped moving the way it should.

Joint pain and stiffness

Shoulders Knees Hips Ankles

Cracking, blocks, movements you do with caution. You've tried everything, but no one has worked on how your body actually moves.

Chronic and postural tension

Neck and traps Jaw Diaphragm

Contractures that keep coming back, tension headaches, shallow breathing. The body is in permanent defense mode and no amount of stretching will solve it.

Post-injury and recurrences

Post-surgery Sprains Tendinopathies

Physiotherapy is over but you don't feel safe. Pain returns whenever you increase the load. What's missing is reprogramming movement, not just treating the symptom.

What we look at in the first meeting

Before showing you how we might work, we listen. Because every situation has a different story.

1

In-depth listening

We ask you where you feel the limit, how long it has been going on, what you've already tried, and how it changes throughout your day.

2

Movement observation

No clinical tests. Direct observation: posture, weight distribution, movement patterns, compensations, and the resources your body already has.

3

Clear, no-pressure proposal

We tell you what we observed, how we would set up the work, and what could change in the first weeks. Then it's up to you.

What do you feel most often?

This is not a medical diagnosis. Our work starts from movement: listening, observation, a concrete and no-pressure proposal.
